Phase 2 starts from AED 3.75M for a 2-bed townhouse. Prices for the 3-bed townhouses, duplexes and villas are released with availability. Register and we'll send you the current figures.
How much do I need to secure a home?
A 5% down payment, payable when EOIs open. On a 2-bed from AED 3.75M, that's AED 187,500.
What payment plans are available?
Non-UAE nationals: 35/65, with 5% on signing, 5% every six months from February 2027 to July 2029, and 65% on completion. UAE nationals: 30/70. Or pay 25% upfront (10% on signing and 15% in February 2027) for a 2% rebate, with 75% on completion.
Can non-UAE nationals buy?
Yes. The payment plan includes a dedicated 35/65 option for non-UAE nationals.
When is handover?
Ohana hasn't confirmed a handover date for Phase 2 yet. The final construction instalment falls in July 2029, with the balance due on completion. We'll share the date as soon as it's announced.
